Ring cover: A circular ring of sheet metal shaped to fit down closely into the tray, and adopted for fixing by screws, bolts, or otherwise to the vehicle ir. the prescribed position. Rubber packing ring shall be arranged to fit between the ring cover and the cover glass and tray so as to render the whole carrier weather-proof.
Dimensions : The aperture within the ring-cover shall clearly exhibit the whole of the certificate lying within the inner circle of the certificate and shall have a diameter of 10 cm.

Non-transport vehicles Any person including insured:
PROVIDED that a person driving holds an effective driving licence at the time of the accident and is not disqualified from holding or obtaining such a licence:
PROVIDED ALSO that the person holding an effective learners licence may also drive the vehicle and that such a person satisfies the requirements of rule 3 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
10. Limitations as to use:- The police covers use only under a permit within
stage carriage/contract the meaning of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, or
carriage / goods carriage/ such a carriage falling under sub-section (3) of
private service vehicle section 66 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
The policy does not cover use for-
(a) organised racing
(b) speed testing.
11. Private service vehicle and The policy covers use for any purpose other non-non-transport vehicle than
(a) hire or reward,
(b) organised racing; or
(c) speed testing.
